
Aprilia Untarto, SSpS
Aprilia is a Holy Spirit Missionary Sister. She currently ministers at Divine Word College as a College Counselor. Aprilia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Bina Nusantara of Indonesia and a Master of Art in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has 18 years of ministering to people across cultures. Prior to entering religious life in 2006, she has experience in the information technology industry, specializing in pre-sales, sales, business consulting, and project management. She was the Vocation Director for her congregation for five years and has board experience with the Vocation & Admission Committee at Divine Word College and on the Board of Holy Spirit Learning Center in Chicago.

Katty Huanuco, CCVI
Katty is a Sister of Charity of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio, who lives in a multicultural and intergenerational community in St. Louis. She is a doctoral student in public and social policy with an emphasis on urban and community development. Katty is part of Giving Voice and has served on its core team. She is also active in her congregation’s JPIC ministry. Prior to her current focus, Katty ministered in Peru in various roles, including facilitation and community services. She incorporates religious formation as a Catholic sister and practical experience in diverse interfaith, international, and intergenerational settings with well-developed communication skills to nurture the theory and practice of inclusive and accountable global citizenship.

Melissa Mendonca, Mercy Associate (CLDP Grad)
Melissa Mendonca is the GEAR UP Program Coordinator at Albuquerque Talent Development Academy and Christine Duncan's Heritage Academy. She has a long history of mentoring first-generation students through higher education. A graduate of San Francisco State University and Tulane University, she knows that her degrees have opened doors of opportunity. Her passion is to help others open those doors for themselves. She is an active Associate with the Sisters of Mercy in New Mexico/Colorado. Melissa is a lover of airports and road trips and believes in mentoring and service to create communities everyone can enjoy.

Xiomara Mendez Hernandez, OP (CLDP Grad)
Xiomara currently serves as the Executive Director of the Dominican Sisters Conference. Prior to this role, she ministered in chaplaincy. Xiomara lives in Florida. She has participated in the Collaborative Leadership Development
Program and the Gamaliel National Leadership program on community organizing, among other similar programs. She holds a master’s degree from Catholic Theological Union in pastoral studies. Xiomara served on the core team of Dominican Women Afire! and Giving Voice. Xiomara fosters cultural and international sensitivity, and has faith in the transformational power of inclusion and diversity.
