$200 USD Meals ONLY - lunches and dinners (for those NOT staying at the retreat center)
For virtual attendance, the registration fee covers everything.
If you are planning to attend in-person, we have reserved rooms at the Fraterna Domus Sacrofano Retreat Center in Rome. Please do not contact the retreat center directly. The Leadership Collaborative will send you more information after you register for the Gathering. We are also aware that there are many congregations with housing in Rome. You are welcome to arrange for accommodations outside of the retreat center.
Overnight stays for HOPE 2025 at Fraterna Domus Sacrofano Retreat Center begin the night of June 3. Departures are the morning of June 8.
If you plan to arrive before June 3 or stay after June 8 in Rome, you will need to coordinate your own accommodations for the additional days. We have compiled a list of recommendations to assist you. Click here to download the list.
