Charlene Diorka, SSJ, MA

Charlene Diorka, SSJ is the Director of the Collaborative Leadership Development Program. She has an enduring investment to the emergent transformation of religious life with over 30 years of experience as a Sister of Saint Joseph of Philadelphia. She is a 2015 graduate of the Leaders as Leaven program and is committed to helping others explore and develop leader capacity through the Leadership Collaborative. Charlene served as the Associate Director of the National Religious Vocation Conference and has initiated formative and vocational processes within her community. Her involvement with vocation and formation ministry has shaped her enthusiasm for the future, while staying grounded in the mission of the Gospel. She holds a Master’s Degree in Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. In the past, she has been involved directly in education for 17 years in both elementary and high school and enjoys being a life-long learner. She values finding God in all things and enjoys journeying with others as they deepen their spiritual life.
